Payment & delivery time

Delivery time: Our delivery time is standard between 2 and 15 days. Why? Because the perfumes are produced to order. This way you always have "fresh" perfume and not a perfume that has been in the store for a year.

 

Your orders are delivered to your home or work. We only deliver to the Netherlands and Belgium, to any address, with the exception of PO boxes.

We do our utmost to meet the promised delivery time. We use a standard delivery time of 2 to 15 days. In the unlikely event that it is not possible to deliver your order in accordance with our delivery schedule, we will let you know.

Our delivery partner DHL Parcel delivers the orders to the delivery address specified by you. The DHL Parcel conditions apply to this. Are you unexpectedly not at home to receive a package? After a failed delivery attempt you will receive a KIB card from our delivery partner ('missed delivery person' in the letterbox) and you will also receive a missed delivery notification by e-mail. You then have the option to make a new delivery appointment until 23:59, for example a different delivery time and/or location, via the track and trace environment. You can also choose to have the package delivered to your neighbors. If you do not make a new delivery appointment, the package will be ready the next day at the nearest DHL ServicePoint.

 Pick up at a DHL ServicePoint

You can choose to pick up your order in one of our Douglas stores or at one of the many DHL ServicePoints. For DHL ServicePoints, your order will be stored for you for 7 days. After this period, your order will be returned to the Douglas Online Shop. You will then automatically receive your paid amount back. Pay attention! Always bring a valid ID with you when you pick up your order.
