Returns
Of course you have the option to place your order in accordance with the instructions in our Terms and Conditions return deadlines. You can read more about returning orders via the RiTiNi Online Shop in our general terms and conditions. You can dissolve the agreement without giving reasons within a period of 14 working days after receipt of the products. You must return the ordered products and any samples and gifts received in good and unused condition and in the original, unopened packaging. You will find a return form with every order. Did you not receive a return form? Then add a note to your package with your order number and the reason for return.
Returns from the Netherlands
You can return your products by delivering them together with your return form as a package to a DHL ServicePoint. As an extra service, the RiTiNi Online Shop will not charge you any costs for returning your order.
Returns from Belgium
For a return shipment from Belgium, please contact our customer service on +31 6 41793950 or send an email with your contact details and order number to klantenservice@ritini.nl to register your shipment. We would also like to receive your IBAN (International Bank Account Number) and name so that we can arrange the possible refund of your return.
You will then receive a return order by e-mail that you can confirm on your return and hand it in at a bpost collection point near you.
Vouchers in coupons
When you use a voucher code or coupon discount, in some cases a minimum net amount to be spent. In the case of a return, the net amount to be spent remains applicable. If by returning a product or products you fall below the minimum net amount to be spent, the full coupon discount will be deducted from the return.
